Palm Springs has a Good Neighbor ordinance which places several restrictions on vacation rental properties.
Music - Amplified music is prohibited outdoors at all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. This includes leaving doors open and using amplified music indoors to hear music outdoors.
Pool Time - Please keep voices and pool activities at a reasonable level. We want you to enjoy your time, but please be thoughtful.
Night Time - Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. the city considers to be "night time" please be respectful of your neighbors, move conversations indoors if possible.
Parking - Only one vehicle is allowed per bedroom. Please be respectful, and use driveway spaces, before parking on the street.
Pets - Please keep your dogs on leash at all time, and you must pick-up after your pet. NEVER leave your pet unattended in a vehicle.
Trash/Recycling - Please do not store trash/recyclables in public view. Palm Springs Disposal Services will pick-up your trash and recycling on the scheduled day of collection.
The Vacation Rental Hotline and/or the Palm Springs Police Department will be notified of any potential noise ordinance violations. If a valid complaint is filed, or if the tenant is fined by the Palm Springs Police Department for a noise violation, the tenant will be fined $500 in addition to any fines levied by the City of Palm Springs. Any subsequent noise ordinance violation may lead to eviction and forfeiture of all funds at Palm Springs Resort Homes discretion.

It is agreed that the premises shall be used only for residential purposes, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Tenant in their possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
**Tax not included in nightly rates** . Occupancy taxes will not be collected on rentals longer than 29 Days.
Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee and must be arranged prior to your arrival. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Rates include typical electricity usage. Excessive electricity usage will be billed to the credit card on file. Please reference your Rental Agreement for details.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee and may be selected on your reservation or by calling our Service Advantage Associates at 1-888-674-6336. Any unauthorized use of a pool, or spa, heater will be subject to a charge of $1,000.00. Please contact our Service Advantage Associates at 1-888-674-6336 to add pool heat to any reservation if not selected at the time of reservation.
A security deposit is required on each rental in case of damage to the property. Guests are offered CSA rental damage waiver policy in lieu of the security deposit. If you do not wish to use CSA rental damage waiver and opt instead for the traditional deposit, please contact our Service Advantage Associates at 1-888-674-6336.
All properties are non-smoking. Guests agree to pay for all costs to remediate any smoking of any materials including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, hookas or any other product inside any of our residences.
Pets will only be accepted on a case by case basis and will be subject to availability at a property as well as an additional pet deposit.
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
Due to security reasons, software and or files may not be downloaded by guests on any in-home computer.
